For your convenience we can arrange for this business to be the contact point for Microsoft when new/updated software becomes available under Microsoft's Software Assurance Program and we will come and install this software with minimum inconvenience to your business. This is all part of the service that we offer to our clients.

 

We are officially registered resellers of all Microsoft products and we follow the Microsoft EULA {End User Licence Agreement} to the letter. So any computer that you buy from us loaded with Microsoft Products is fully licensed and has all the Genuine Manuals and CDs as provided by Microsoft. When we deliver these computers we draw your attention to the End User Licence Agreement so you are fully aware of the licensing obligations that you have accepted between yourself and Microsoft. There is also a copy of the EULA provided with every piece of Microsoft Software supplied with each computer.

 

We also offer technical support for all Microsoft Products ranging from Microsoft DOS to the latest Microsoft Windows and we also follow the recommendations from Microsoft about which Operating System is best suited to your needs.

Premium Security, mobility and high performance for their desktops:- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit is recommended.


Premier mobile support to work remotely - anywhere, any time:- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit is recommended


Network Domain support for a small business or home office:- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit is recommended.


Greater security, including the ability to encrypt their files and folders, to protect business data:- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit is recommended.


Simple resource-sharing and home networking:- Both Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Home Premium are recommended.


Instant messaging, Web browsing and E-Mail at home:- Both Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Home Premium are recommended.

For any Servers that must run Microsoft products we recommend Windows 2008 Enterprise Edition or what suits your needs {We naturally offer full support for all previous versions of any Windows Server products.}.

If they answer home, we then ask? Do they have a business at home? If the answer is Yes then Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit is Recommended


If they answer no.. Then we ask Will they be traveling with their PC? If the answer is Yes then Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit is recommended.


If they answer no then we ask.. Will they need access to data files when away from home? If the answer is Yes then Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit is recommended.


If they answer no.. Then we ask - Will they connect to other PCs in their small business or home office? If the answer is yes then Windows 7 Ultimate is recommended.


If they answer no to all the above questions then Windows 7 Home Premium is recommended.

At the original point of inquiry we also let any potential customer know how to recognize a fake or Pirate Microsoft Copy so they can be sure that they are not supporting Pirates who are only short changing them as there is no technical backup service offered. As well as Live Updates being unavailable or if available there is no guarantee that the update will not corrupt the Operating System making it unusable.

We offer full technical support for all Microsoft Products as well as having copies of all available system updates on all discontinued lines in the product range. So we offer a total solution to all our clients because they are paying for the item so they should receive the full copyrighted version of the product that they believe they are buying. We also encourage any potential clients to report any suspected Pirate copy suppliers to Microsoft and we give them both the phone number and Web Address of Microsoft's Anti-Piracy division.
